Installing your Yealink phone

Yealink Desk Phone Installation

Installing your Yealink phone is a snap!


  1. Unpack your Clarity Phone from the box. 
  2. Connect one end of the handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset jack, located at the back of the phone.

  3. Plug the (supplied) Ethernet cable into the Internet port at the back of the phone and the other end into any ethernet/LAN ports on your router or gateway (router/modem combination).   If you have our Watchdog Service and are using the Rabbit Run router, port 4 is reserved and should not be used.

    2. If the Yealink phone you are installing has built-in wi-fi, you may instead connect to the wi-fi after powering on the phone. 
  4. If you wish to connect to a computer, plug an additional Ethernet cable (not supplied) into the PC port at the back of the phone and the other end into the computer.

  5. Attach the phone base onto the back of the phone.

  6.  Plug the power supply into the back of the phone.       

  7. If you will be using a headset with your Yealink phone, you can plug your headset into the headset jack on the back of the phone.
